1** Help create a papier mache statement: Falcon riding backwards on a donkey!
In preparation for the highly anticipated release of the Province's technical report for the Highway1/Port Mann Bridge twinning, and the BC Board of Trade meetings taking place at the end of January (that BC Transportation Minister Kevin Falcon will be attending), we are inviting you to join us in  building a papier mache likeness of Minister Falcon riding backwards on a donkey!  The Kevin "Wrong Way" Falcon papier mache masterpiece will be unveiled at an action on or leading up to the Board of Trade meetings on January 30th (e-mail with info forthcoming)

We are looking for volunteers to help build this, and we'll be meeting on Sunday (Jan 22) from noon-6pm at the SPEC buildings (2150 Maple Street at West 6th Ave. in Vancouver).  We'll also use this time to brainstorm and plan our actions around the release of the technical report and the Board of Trade meetings.  If you have any questions, or can confirm your attendance, give us a call, or send us a note, or just show up.  Bring newspaper and other crafty supplies if you have some.

2**  Get out and vote on Monday, January 23rd!
Enough said.
